We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services that we provide.

User Account

Upon registration on the Nstbrowser, a user account shall be created for you. During Sign-up as well as at any later time you use the account and/or communicate with us, you are obliged to provide us with accurate and true data. Should any of the identification information be amended in the future, your obligation is to update such information in the Platform or in your user account without undue delay. You are also obliged to protect the login details of your account and to prevent any third parties from using your account. We shall not be liable for any misuse of your account due to the breach of the aforementioned obligations. Moreover, we shall be authorized to block your account or delete it completely including all the data provided therein; you agree that such action shall be followed by no compensation.

Payment Terms

Within the scope of your user account on the Website or by means of the Website, you may order a paid Subscribe to use the Platform (a paid version as opposed to the basic version that is free of charge) or other Services in compliance with the up-to-date information and prices provided for the given Subscribe or Service on the Website or as agreed with us individually. If you need a custom solution, please feel free to contact our customer support or send an email to [email protected] to get a custom subscription and further possibilities.

Your orders made by means of the Website shall be binding. By entering the relevant details of your debit or credit card during the order-making process, you agree that the price of the ordered subscription or service shall be deducted from the card.

Unless agreed otherwise, you shall pay the remuneration for the Subscribe to use the Platform on a monthly or yearly basis or another basis selected when making the order (“Billing Period”). The Billing Period shall commence on the date of your first payment. The remuneration is payable on the first date of the Billing Period for which it is valid. You agree that the remuneration for the relevant Billing Period shall be deducted by us from the debit or credit card the details of which were provided by you when ordering the relevant subscription.

Should you order an upgrade of the Subscribe you are currently using, you shall pay the pro rata difference for the previously paid price of the currently used Subscribe and the price of the new Subscribe for the rest of the current Billing Period. The upgrade shall be performed immediately upon payment of the difference. Should you select a downgrade of the currently used subscribe, you may not request the return of the paid remuneration for the current Billing Period (or its part); until the end of the current Billing Period, you may use the subscribe for the version already paid for. Upon the effectiveness of the upgrade or downgrade, the remuneration deducted for the following Billing Period shall amount to the newly selected subscribed version similarly to the definition above.

Credits. You can pay for select Paid For Products using Credits. The Credits that you purchase will be credited to your User Account at the time of purchase (or if you are using a Credit code, at the time you redeem that code )

If you choose to purchase credits or receive related services, you have fully understood and accepted the above payment slips

Be it unused or consumed , are strictly not refundable nor returnable

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits are used only for the use of relevant services in the product to purchase related services. The credits will not expire and cannot be transferred to other users.

You may get the credit score of rewarding through promotion or Credits.

Promotional Credits is void in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of any terms of the Agreement, these Terms, or the terms of the agreement, promotion, or program pursuant to which you received the Promotional Credits.

Credits shall not be used to deduct any sales tax, use tax, total income tax or similar transaction tax may be applied to your similar transaction tax.

The amount you are to pay shall always be deemed as paid for when credited to our bank account or our other electronic accounts held with a provider of payment services (e.g. PayPro or Sellix).

We shall not refund any remuneration or other amounts paid by you to us.

You hereby agree to pay all applicable fees and/or charges under these terms, including any applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity, and that we may change its pricing at any time. There are no refunds for payments made once Services have been rendered or subscribed provided.

Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis either monthly or yearly. depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it..

Automatic subscription

To ensure uninterrupted service, all subscriptions (including all paid accounts) will be automatically renewed using our Credits, please ensure that the Credits is sufficient before each renewal cycle, if the balance is insufficient automatic renewal will fail, which may affect your normal use. At the end of the current subscription period, all our subscriptions are renewed at the standard subscription rate. If you don't cancel your subscription, you are authorized to automatically charge the agreed price each month until you cancel the subscription.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription via the "Continuous subscription" on the dashboard. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current subscription period and You will be able to access the service until the end of Your current subscription period.

Trial period

Nstbrowser may offer a free trial period for evaluation purposes during the applicable trial period (“Trial Period”) prior to charging for the Subscription Fees. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY Nstbrowser WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, SUPPORT, OR OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES WHATSOEVER, WITH RESPECT TO TRIAL PERIODS, AND Nstbrowser HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE A TRIAL PERIOD AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.

Nstbrowser Billing

We offer a different amount of usage for each subscription. When you overuse the subscription, in order not to affect your normal use, we will charge the excess fee and generate a bill. The generated bills will automatically be deducted from the Credits, and you need to keep the Credits sufficient. When your Credits is low, we may limit your use of certain features. If you don’t want to use too much, you can check your usage or upgrade your subscription to obtain higher use restrictions

Affiliate Program

To join and utilize the Affiliate Program, follow these steps:

• Register and log in to Nstbrowser to obtain a unique invitation link and provide the invitation link to third parties.
• Third parties register with Nstbrowser using the invitation link, establishing an affiliate relationship with you.

Reward Rules:

• Reward percentages are based on the actual display in the Nstbrowser App account.
• Each reward transaction will display detailed information such as type, time, and amount, which can be verified within the Nstbrowser App.
• Rewards can be continuously earned for up to 24 months after establishing the affiliate relationship. No rewards will be issued beyond 24 months.

Reward Fraud:

If any suspicious activity or violations are detected in an account, payment of funds may be refused without explanation. Particularly serious violations include, but are not limited to, creating multiple personal accounts to deceive the affiliate program and earn rewards. In such cases, all accounts will be blocked, payments will be refused, and we reserve the right to recover funds already disbursed using reasonable legal means if necessary.

Use of Reward Funds:

• You can choose to use reward funds in two ways: transfer to Credits (account balance) or withdrawal.
• To transfer to Credits, you can initiate the request at any time within the Nstbrowser App, and funds will be credited in real-time.
• To withdraw funds, you need to initiate a withdrawal request in the customer service section of the Nstbrowser App.
• For convenient and fast withdrawal service, the minimum withdrawal amount per transaction must be equal to or greater than $100. Withdrawal fees incurred by banks or payment systems are the responsibility of the user.

Disclaimer
